Job summary

Haselden Construction, LLC is seeking a Senior Estimator to join our Self Perform Wood Framing team in Centennial, CO. The role focuses on detailed takeoffs, cost analysis, and coordination with Preconstruction to build accurate budgets for wood framing projects.

The ideal candidate will have a civil/architectural engineering or construction management background, with strong experience in estimating, pricing from subcontractors, and using Takeoff software.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree in civil/architectural engineering or construction management, or equivalent experience.
• Ability to read and interpret construction documents and pricing.

Responsibilities

• Support Preconstruction in project acquisition, including budgeting for proposals.
• Lead takeoffs and estimate reviews with Self-Perform and Preconstruction teams.
• Prepare detailed estimates for design stages and ensure pricing accuracy from subs and suppliers.
• Coordinate buy-out with the Preconstruction Manager and operations for budgeting.
