Qualifications

• Excellent understanding of women’s fit, proportion, silhouette, insulation and components.
• Able to merge technical functionality with feminine design and commercial appeal.
• Proficiency in using AI-powered tools for design, research and visualization.
• Portfolio demonstrating substantial Women’s Outerwear experience with technical construction.

Responsibilities

• Own the creative direction and development of Women’s technical outerwear categories.
• Produce technical drawings, tech packs and garment construction details.
• Select materials, insulation systems and functional trims for each product.
• Develop silhouettes balancing fit with technical performance.
• Translate trend and market research into new silhouettes and features.
• Collaborate with production teams and overseas factories on costing and optimization.
• Integrate AI into the design process for concept creation and visualization.
• Research and evaluate new AI design technologies for the workflow.
