• Gather, clean, validate, and analyze data from multiple sources.
• Identify patterns, trends, and anomalies through analytical and statistical techniques.
• Build dashboards, data visualizations, and reporting artifacts.
• Support KPI creation and performance measurement.
• Monitor data quality, identify issues, and recommend improvements.
• Collaborate with data engineers to enhance data pipelines and data structures.
• Document analytical processes and communicate insights to stakeholders.
• Partners with cross-functional stakeholders to define reporting requirements, refine KPIs, and ensure analytics align to business objectives.
• Leads change management by shaping data-driven recommendations and guiding stakeholders through tooling changes.
• Share expertise and best practices with peers through coaching and knowledge sharing.
• May be called upon to support critical escalations during urgent IT incidents.
