Job summary

Blue Yonder is seeking a Sr Solution Architect for WMS implementations across the Americas. This virtual role in the United States requires leading functional consulting, designing best-in-class WMS solutions, and guiding stakeholders to successful delivery with 50–75% travel within the US.

You will configure core warehouse functions, define ERP/OMS/TMS integration, mentor junior staff, support pre-sales, and ensure data migration readiness, cutover, and go-live execution per our delivery

Qualifications

Minimum 8 years of WMS experience in tier-1 environments.
Hands-on configuration across full lifecycle WMS implementations (≥5 as lead).
Experience delivering WMS in cloud/SaaS with release management considerations.
Experience with Körber, Manhattan, SAP EWM or Oracle WMS Cloud is a plus.
Former consulting or supply chain center experience preferred.
Direct DC operations experience and familiarity with automated environments preferred.

Responsibilities

Drive design, optimization, and implementation of WMS solutions for customers.
Translate warehouse processes into functional designs and configurations.
Lead requirements workshops with operations, IT, and executives.
Configure core warehouse functions: receiving, putaway, replenishment, wave planning, picking, packing, shipping, cycle counting, labor, and yard/dock operations.
Define integration with ERP/OMS/TMS/host/parcel systems (EDI, XML, APIs, flat files).
Guide integration with warehouse automation (MHE/WCS/WES), RF devices, printers, and labeling.
Own data migration and master data readiness, include validation and reconciliation.
Lead testing, deployment, cutover planning, and hypercare post go-live.
Create and maintain design docs, configuration specs, test scripts, SOPs, and training materials.
Deliver end-user training and drive knowledge transfer to operations and support teams.
Mentor junior consultants and contribute to reusable assets and methodology.
Support pre-sales with solution demos and effort estimates; identify revenue opportunities.
