Job summary

Blue Yonder is seeking an Enterprise Technical Architect to lead end-to-end technical architecture for enterprise WMS implementations across US clients. You will design scalable, secure integration solutions with ERP, OMS, TMS, and other supply chain systems, while guiding cloud readiness and governance throughout the project lifecycle.

This role requires deep knowledge of warehouse operations, API and EDI integrations, event-driven architectures, and hybrid cloud deployments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• 8+ years of enterprise software implementation, solution architecture, or technical consulting experience.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience implementing or architecting Blue Yonder Warehouse Management solutions.
• Experience leading technical architecture for enterprise-scale WMS implementations across multiple sites, regions, or business units.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, supply chain execution processes, and WMS business workflows.
• Ability to travel up to 75%.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end technical architecture for enterprise WMS implementations and transformation initiatives.
• Architect integrations between Blue Yonder WMS and customer technology ecosystems, including ERP, OMS, TMS, LMS, automation, and partner systems.
• Establish best-practice integration, cloud, security, and scalability strategies.
• Serve as the technical authority throughout the project lifecycle, from design through go-live.
• Lead architecture reviews, technical workshops, and governance discussions with customer stakeholders.
• Define and validate performance, availability, security, resiliency, and scalability requirements.
• Identify technical risks and drive resolution strategies to support successful project delivery.
• Partner with Enterprise Solution Architects, Delivery teams, Product Engineering, and customer IT leadership to ensure alignment across business and technical objectives.
• Mentor consultants and contribute to Blue Yonder implementation standards, technical innovation, and delivery excellence.
• Support solution assessments, estimations, and strategic customer growth opportunities.
