Job summary

ID Logistics US is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to implement and support Warehouse Management System (WMS) solutions for logistics clients. You will partner with operations, clients, and technical teams to design integrations, optimize workflows, lead testing efforts, and drive Manhattan SCALE deployments.

The role requires 5+ years of BA experience in warehousing and logistics, strong SQL skills, data mapping with EDI/XML, and the ability to work remotely in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Business Analyst experience in supply chain or logistics.
• Hands-on experience with Manhattan WMS (SCALE).
• Proficiency in writing and analyzing SQL queries.
• Experience gathering requirements and creating functional specs.
• Experience with data mapping using EDI and XML.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Gather and document business requirements via SOWs, BRDs, and process maps.
• Lead data mapping across client and internal systems.
• Develop and execute testing (integration, system, UAT) with stakeholders.
• Create ad hoc SQL queries to support reporting and troubleshooting.
• Design, test, and support WMS enhancements and integrations.
• Provide Level 2 application support and drive issue resolution.
• Participate in solution design reviews for new deployments.
• Develop training materials and end-user documentation.
• Identify opportunities to improve workflows and processes.
• Ensure GMP compliance and safety standards.
