Job summary

ID Logistics US is seeking a Business Analyst to optimize and support WMS solutions across our warehouse network. You will gather requirements, map processes, and collaborate with clients, business leaders, and technology teams to drive efficient distribution operations.

The role covers testing, training, and end-user support, with up to 15% travel. Remote work option with standard first-shift hours Monday–Friday. Competitive salary and bonus potential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Experience with Manhattan WMS, HighJump, or other Tier 1 WMS.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to map processes.
• Experience with interface data mapping using EDI and XML formats.

Responsibilities

• Partner with clients and stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements.
• Lead workshops with SMEs to identify needs and opportunities for improvement.
• Create process maps, workflow documentation, and business requirements.
• Develop ad hoc SQL queries to support reporting and analysis.
• Design and execute test plans, UAT, and validation activities.
• Develop end-user training materials and support adoption.
• Provide Level 2 application support and troubleshoot system issues.
• Collaborate with vendors and internal teams on WMS enhancements and integrations.
• Participate in solution design reviews to ensure alignment with business needs.
• Gather and document integration requirements, data mapping, and workflows.
