A logistics technology firm in Atlanta is seeking a SCALE WMS Consultant to lead the, implementation of the SCALE WMS. The role involves system configuration, collaboration with clients, and troubleshooting operational issues. Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor’s degree, experience with Manhattan SCALE implementations, and understanding of warehouse management. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Engineering or a related field.
• 2+ years' experience of Manhattan SCALE implementations.
• Strong understanding of Supply Chain Principles with expertise in Warehouse Management.
• Complete understanding of inbound, inventory, and outbound processes in a warehouse.
• PL/SQL expertise and basic understanding of Cloud technologies.
• Hands-on experience with SSRS, MHE, and Automation.
• Good knowledge of implementing and supporting ERP integration with SCALE.
• Experience troubleshooting Manhattan WMS and LMS applications.
• Extensive experience supporting Manhattan SCALE WMS in high-volume operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation of SCALE WMS and provide support.
• Perform system configuration of Manhattan Associates SCALE WMS.
• Collaborate with clients to understand business requirements for software design.
• Document all aspects of the system according to internal procedures.
• Troubleshoot operational and technical issues within SCALE.
• Drive operational efficiency through improvements in processes and technology.
