Job summary

Valiant Integrated Services is seeking a Senior Exercise Analyst to provide expert analysis and support to plan and conduct internal DTRA training and exercise events, and to assist with planning, execution, and assessment of DTRA support to external commands.

The role requires TS/SCI clearance, a Bachelor's degree, and extensive experience with DoD training programs. Travel to foreign and domestic locations is expected as part of joint exercises.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of practical experience.
• 3+ years with DTRA mission areas (CWMD, etc.).
• Experience with DoD training/exercise systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop training and exercise plans.
• Develop CWMD threat exercise scenarios.
• Develop Master Scenario Events Listing (MSEL).
• Develop control cell instructions and guidance.
• Participate in CCMD joint exercises.
• Observe, analyze, and document lessons learned.
