Job summary

Stellantis is seeking a Wiring Systems Engineer in Auburn Hills, MI to own wire harness schematics, CAN network layouts, and harness optimization. You will evaluate product plans, drive harness complexity reduction, and implement VAVE/VO initiatives while ensuring compliance with electrical specifications.

The role requires 8+ years of engineering experience, including 5+ years in wiring design, and strong communication skills to produce high-quality materials for management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in mechanical, electrical engineering or related field.
• 8+ years engineering experience with 5+ years in vehicle wiring design or electrical systems.
• Excellent communication and ability to present management-level materials.
• Experience with Capital Tools Suite (Logic, Integrator, XC) and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Design and validate wire harness schematics and CAN network layouts.
• Assess product plans and optimize harness design (VAVE/VO).
• Support PWB and manufacturing facilities through full life cycle.
• Lead supplier systems engineering and manage data in corporate systems.
