Stellantis in Auburn Hills, MI seeks a Wiring Harness Design Responsible (DR) – Discipline Manager to lead cross-functional teams and own harness architecture across vehicle programs.

You will drive design-to-cost, manage DLs and DREs, coordinate with Vehicle Integration, Manufacturing, Quality, and Suppliers, and ensure compliance with Stellantis standards. On-site role at 800 Chrysler Dr, Auburn Hills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 10+ years in automotive product development or related field.
• Experience owning low/high-voltage wiring harness systems across multiple vehicle platforms.

Responsabilités

• Lead a team of DLs and DREs and supplier engineers to ensure design execution.
• Own harness architecture, routing, grounding, connectors, and attachment methods across programs.
• Define and approve wiring designs, requirements, and changes in line with milestones.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams (Vehicle Integration, Manufacturing, Purchasing, Quality, Program Management).
• Drive design-to-cost, weight reduction, and manufacturability while maintaining robustness.
