Job summary

Qualifications

• Proficiency with common wiring/harness tooling (crimpers, wire strippers, terminal blocks, continuity tester).

Responsibilities

• Lead wiring build activities for control panels and assemblies.
• Read and interpret schematics, wiring diagrams, BOMs, and layouts.
• Verify harnesses, labeling, routing, and termination quality; prevent rework.
• Train and mentor assemblers; execute shift handoffs and communication.
