Job summary

Panelmatic, Inc. in Houston, TX is seeking a dedicated Wiring Technician Lead to guide a team in the assembly and wiring of custom electrical control panels, ensuring work meets engineering drawings, project specs, and Panelmatic standards.

You will train technicians, troubleshoot wiring issues, review diagrams, and coordinate daily work with production and engineering to keep projects on schedule while prioritizing safety and quality.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 3+ years of electrical panel wiring or related experience.
• Ability to read electrical schematics and wiring diagrams.
• Strong attention to detail and quality control.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day direction and technical support to Wiring Technicians.
• Review engineering drawings and project specs to determine wiring needs.
• Assign and prioritize daily work based on schedules.
• Train and mentor technicians on wiring techniques and safety.
• Troubleshoot wiring issues and support assembly tasks.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and Panelmatic standards.
