Job summary

Panelmatic, Inc. seeks a dedicated Wiring Technician Lead to provide hands-on leadership in the wiring department and guide a team of technicians through assembly and wiring of custom electrical control panels.

You will ensure work is safe, accurate, and aligned with engineering drawings and project specs. You will coordinate daily work, offer technical guidance, inspect finished work, troubleshoot wiring issues, and partner with Production Supervisors and Engineering to meet schedules and

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in electrical panel wiring, electrical assembly, industrial wiring, or a related manufacturing environment.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, engineering drawings, and assembly instructions.
• Previous lead, senior technician, or informal leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and provide day-to-day direction and technical support to Wiring Technicians.
• Review engineering drawings, wiring diagrams, schematics, and project specs to determine assembly and wiring requirements.
• Help assign and prioritize daily work based on project schedules and production needs.
• Install DIN rail, equipment, relays, terminal blocks, and other electrical components.
• Troubleshoot wiring issues and issue guidance to resolve discrepancies.
• Train and mentor Wiring Technicians on proper wiring techniques and Panelmatic standards.
