Job summary

Baker Hughes is seeking a Wireline Crew Lead to perform duties at the wellsite and shop, supervise junior operators, and ensure safe and efficient completion and logging services.

The role requires a degree in engineering with Wireline experience or equivalent combinations of education and several years of Wireline background, with on-site client collaboration and training responsibilities. On-site travel across locations is expected.

Qualifications

• University degree in Engineering with 1+ year Wireline experience
• Two-year Technical Associates Degree with 3+ years Wireline experience
• High School Diploma/GED with 7+ years Wireline experience

Responsibilities

• Understand broad direction, develop resolutions for moderately complex wellsite problems
• Manage a team of two or more Field Operators
• Oversee training, verify time sheets, DOT files, onboarding, offboarding, promotions
• Coordinate operations with the rig or production facility with Customer Representatives
• Provide records of assemblies run to the Customer Representative at the wellsite
• Advise on logging and completions operations, interpret data, troubleshoot
• Manage crew and equipment at wellsite and shop for logging and completions services
• Maintain equipment and facility, keep records and communications

Education

University Degree in Engineering

Two-year Technical Associates Degree

High School Diploma/GED
