Job summary

Baker Hughes is seeking a Wireline Field Crew Lead II for on-site work in Buckhannon, WV. You will lead well-site and shop duties, supervise junior operators, maintain equipment, and coordinate with customers to ensure safe, efficient logging and completions operations.

Qualifications

• University Degree in Engineering and 1+ year of Wireline experience.
• Alternatively, a two-year Technical Associates Degree and 3+ years of Wireline experience.
• Or a High School Diploma/GED with 7+ years of Wireline experience.

Responsibilities

• Understanding broad direction and developing resolutions for well-site problems.
• Managing a team of two or more Field Operators.
• Overseeing training and competencies, timesheets, DOT files, onboarding, off-boarding, interviews, promotions, terminations, and performance reviews.
• Coordinating operations with Customer Representatives and drill crew on location.
• Providing records of all assemblies to Customers at the wellsite.
• Advising on logging and completions operations, interpreting data and troubleshooting.
• Managing crew and equipment at well site and shop for logging and completions services.
• Maintaining equipment and facilities and keeping required records.
