Job summary

Baker Hughes is seeking a Wireline Field Crew Lead II to oversee on-site and shop engineering duties, supervise two or more Field Operators, and manage training and onboarding. The role focuses on coordination with customers, logging and completion support, and equipment maintenance across well sites.

Ideal candidates hold an engineering degree or a technical associate with substantial wireline experience, or a high school diploma with extensive field background.

Qualifications

• University degree in engineering with 1+ year wireline experience.
• OR a two year Technical Associates Degree and 3+ years of Wireline experience
• OR High School Diploma/GED and 7+ years of Wireline experience

Responsibilities

• Lead and train a crew of field operators at well sites and shop.
• Coordinate operations with the rig and production facility.
• Maintain equipment and facilities; ensure readiness of all records.
• Provide logging and completions support and interpret data.
• Ensure safety and regulatory compliance on site and in the shop.
