Ahold Delhaize USA is seeking a senior Wireless Network Engineer IV to lead enterprise wireless design, validation, and optimization. You will oversee RF coverage, capacity, and security while setting standards for automation and incident response.

In this role you will collaborate with Incident Response, Networking Operations, and Security teams, mentoring junior engineers and guiding partner designs. Hybrid schedule with core Salisbury, NC location supports flexible on-site and remote work.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of relevant work experience.
• 8+ years of enterprise network engineering experience, with wireless engineering focus.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain enterprise wireless engineering standards and configurations.
• Review, validate, and approve wireless designs for RF coverage, capacity, security and performance.
• Lead design reviews, site surveys, heat maps, AP placement, and capacity models.
• Provide technical governance and mentor engineers across teams.
• Develop and maintain engineering standards, runbooks, and procedures.
• Support incident response and major outages with root-cause analysis.
