Job summary

Socket.dev is seeking an experienced Senior Wireless Technology Engineer to lead design, implementation, support, and optimization of wireless enterprise solutions. You will independently manage complex configurations and integrations while collaborating with technical and business stakeholders to meet standards.

You will design system enhancements, troubleshoot critical issues, and mentor engineers, driving documentation and validation across environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or Software Engineering; or the equivalent required
• 5-7 years of experience in technology systems engineering or related information technology disciplines required

Responsibilities

• Leads complex technology configuration, customization, and integration activities across enterprise platforms.
• Designs and implements system enhancements that improve usability, performance, and operational efficiency.
• Troubleshoots high-impact system issues and coordinates resolution across technical teams.
• Develops and maintains technical documentation, system diagrams, and process flows.
• Provides technical guidance and mentorship to engineers and analysts.
• Supports testing, release management, and environment validation processes.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
• Maintains regular and reliable attendance.
• Complies with all policies and standards.
