Job summary

Verizon is seeking a results-driven sales professional to identify and close new business in the Savannah area. You will combine consultative selling with deep product knowledge to deliver tailored solutions that address a customer’s challenges and drive revenue.

This mobile, field-based role requires travel up to 50% and the ability to work from customer sites. You’ll build relationships with decision-makers, manage a territory, and achieve targets through a mix of base pay and commissions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 4+ years of relevant work experience.
• Experience in outside sales, prospecting and negotiation.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Identify, develop and qualify leads to drive sales opportunities.
• Grow new business and incremental revenue to meet targets.
• Retain and grow the existing customer base.
• Educate customers about Verizon solutions and coordinate with partners.
• Build relationships with key decision makers and present multi-product solutions.
• Demonstrate wireless, mobility, Cloud, Security, ISP, VoIP and Google platforms to customers.
• Track progress using sales automation tools.
• Travel within Savannah GA area to meet customers.
