Apple Inc. is seeking a senior Hardware Design Engineer for wireless subsystems. You will own end-to-end hardware design, from architecture through bring-up and production validation, partnering with silicon, software, and platform teams to integrate wireless SoCs.

You will craft power delivery networks, develop bare-metal firmware for validation, and travel internationally ~15% to support build and bring-up activities. Strong debug skills required.

Qualifications

• BS and a minimum of 10 years relevant industry experience.
• Experience with digital interfaces (PCIe, MIPI, I2C, SPI, UART) including spec and bring-up.
• Experience with power supply design and power management networks.
• Hands-on debugging with lab equipment (DSOs, Logic Analyzers, Protocol Analyzers).

Responsabilités

• Define system interconnects and power architectures with cross-functional teams.
• Design and validate power supply circuits, including transient response and stability.
• Bring up and validate digital interfaces on pre-silicon and first silicon platforms.
• Develop bare-metal firmware for hardware validation and stress testing.
• Lead root-cause analysis and debug hardware issues with teams.
• Collaborate with external chipset vendors on integration plans.
