CyberX Info System is seeking a Senior Technical Staff Engineer in Chandler, AZ to define the architecture of 32‑bit wireless SoC solutions (Bluetooth, UWB, Wi‑Fi). Lead cross‑functional teams, drive product innovation, and ensure functional safety and cybersecurity requirements are met.

You will collaborate with marketing, applications, engineering, and external customers to gather requirements and develop architecture specifications, while balancing performance, power, and cost in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• 15+ years in wireless technology design or architecture roles.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Proven expertise in microarchitecture and microcontroller development.
• Strong knowledge of BLE, UWB, and Wi‑Fi standards.
• Deep familiarity with ARM and RISC core architectures.
• Solid understanding of low-power design and power/analog subsystems.
• Experience with geographically distributed teams and cross‑functional collaboration.
• Familiarity with functional safety (FuSa) and cybersecurity standards for embedded products.

Responsibilities

• Define architecture for Bluetooth, UWB, and Wi‑Fi SoC solutions.
• Own peripheral architecture and programming models.
• Conduct feasibility studies and trade-off analyses for cost/feature targets.
• Drive product innovation and differentiating solutions.
• Present vision, features, specifications, and cost considerations to leadership.
• Support ISO 26262 functional safety and ISO 21434 cybersecurity requirements.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams from concept to tape‑out.
• Coordinate with firmware teams to ensure software support for wireless products.
• Work with IP vendors and stakeholders to align requirements and roadmaps.
• Apply AI and automation to improve design quality and efficiency.
• Foster inclusive teamwork across geographies.
