Qualifications

• 15+ years in wireless technology design or architecture roles.
• Bachelor's degree in CS/Engineering or related field.
• Proven expertise in microarchitecture and wireless product implementation.
• Strong knowledge of BLE, UWB, Wi‑Fi.
• Deep familiarity with ARM and RISC cores.
• Understanding of low-power design and subsystems.
• Experience with full microcontroller development lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Define the architecture of complex Bluetooth, UWB, and Wi‑Fi SoC solutions.
• Own peripheral architecture, interfaces, and feature sets.
• Conduct feasibility studies and architecture trade‑offs.
• Drive product innovation to strengthen market competitiveness.
• Present vision, features, and cost considerations to leadership.
• Support functional safety (ISO 26262) and cybersecurity (ISO 21434).
• Collaborate across marketing, design, applications, and verification.
• Work with firmware teams for strong software support.
• Engage with IP vendors and stakeholders on roadmaps.
• Apply AI-driven methods to improve design quality and efficiency.
• Foster teamwork across geographies in an inclusive culture.
