Job summary

Consumer Cellular in Wyomissing, PA is seeking a Senior Wireless Sales Expert to lead guest conversations and guide purchases in a living-room style store. You will build relationships and help guests choose devices and plans with patience and expertise.

This role offers full-time hours, competitive pay, and uncapped commission possibilities, with a strong focus on customer service and teamwork across a rapidly expanding retailer.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is required.
• 1–2 years of retail keyholder experience preferred, in a consultative, customer-focused environment (Wireless sales experience preferred).
• Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales goals.
• Experience operating a POS system with strong attention to transaction accuracy.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
• Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.
• Physical ability to perform tasks that may require prolonged bending, stooping, reaching, twisting, lifting, pushing, pulling, walking, standing and moving items.
• Requires the ability to move around the store, assist customers and maneuver merchandise when necessary.
