Consumer Cellular in Overland Park, KS is seeking a Senior Wireless Sales Expert to deliver excellent customer service, guide guests, and drive sales in a living-room–style store environment.

The wage for this position is between $20.00 - $21.00/hour, plus uncapped commission. This modified full-time role offers a schedule of 30–39 hours per week with an average around 35 hours, providing consistency and flexibility.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• 1–2 years of retail keyholder experience preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales goals.
• Experience operating a POS system with transaction accuracy.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Flexible availability including evenings and weekends.
• Physical ability for tasks in-store and merchandise handling.
