Consumer Cellular in Everett, WA is seeking a Senior Wireless Sales Expert to join our retail team. You will guide guests through decisions in a living-room like store environment, delivering personalized service and building lasting relationships.

The role offers hourly pay between $24.47 and $25.57 with uncapped commission, a modified full-time schedule (30–39 hours/week), and opportunities for growth across the nationwide expansion.

Formación

• High school diploma is required.
• 1–2 years of retail keyholder experience preferred, in a consultative, customer-focused environment (Wireless sales experience preferred).
• Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales goals.
• Experience operating a POS system with strong attention to transaction accuracy.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
• Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.
• Physical ability to perform tasks that may require prolonged bending, stooping, reaching, twisting, lifting, pushing, pulling, walking, standing and moving items.
