Consumer Cellular is hiring for a Retail Associates role in Missouri. You will greet guests, guide decisions, and build lasting relationships in a welcoming store environment that feels like a living room.

This full-time position offers flexible hours, uncapped commission potential, and opportunities for career growth. Prior retail experience and a high school diploma are required; you will work 30–39 hours weekly with an average around 35 hours, including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Minimum 6 months of retail customer service experience (Wireless sales experience preferred).
• Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales goals.
• Experience operating a POS system with strong attention to transaction accuracy.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
• Flexible availability, including evening and weekends.
• Physical ability to perform tasks that may require prolonged bending, stooping, reaching, twisting, lifting, pushing, pulling, walking, standing and moving items.
