Job summary

Consumer Cellular in Bristol, CT is hiring Retail Associates to welcome guests, explain devices, plans, and services, and help families choose the right wireless solutions. You will open and close the store as a senior team member, deliver exceptional customer service, meet or exceed sales goals, and operate POS systems with accuracy.

This full-time role offers a wage range of $19–$20 per hour plus uncapped commission, with a schedule of 30–39 hours per week and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is required.
• 1–2 years of retail keyholder experience preferred in a consultative, customer-focused environment (Wireless sales experience preferred).
• Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales goals.
• Experience operating a POS system with strong attention to transaction accuracy.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
• Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.
• Physical ability to perform tasks that may require prolonged bending, stooping, reaching, twisting, lifting, pushing, pulling, walking, standing and moving items.

• Store Key Support – As a senior team member, you are trusted with opening and closing responsibilities, ensuring the store is secure, organized, and ready to serve guests. You follow company processes and support a smooth, professional store experience during your shift.
