Job summary

Broadstaff, LLC. is seeking a Manager of Wireless Operations in Clifton, NJ, to lead multi-site telecom projects from kickoff to closeout, coordinating crews, vendors, and schedules.

You will ensure safety, quality, and on-time delivery while managing budgets and client communications. Travel to sites as required, with strong focus on OSHA standards and site safety.

The role requires 3+ years of PM experience in telecom or construction and proven leadership in field environments.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of project management experience in construction, telecom, utilities, or technology installations.
• Experience managing field crews and subcontractors.
• Strong organizational, scheduling, and communication skills.
• Ability to read and interpret scopes of work, drawings, and technical documents.
• Comfortable working in both office and field environments.

Responsibilities

• Project Planning & Execution: Manage multiple concurrent projects from kickoff through closeout.
• Client & Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during project execution.
• Budget & Cost Control: Track project budgets, labor, materials, and subcontractor costs.
• Safety & Compliance: Enforce safety policies and ensure OSHA/tower safety compliance.
• Documentation & Reporting: Maintain project files and provide status reports to leadership.
• Cross-Functional Coordination: Work with Operations, Engineering, Sales, and Finance.
