Job summary

WNC Corporation seeks a senior technical support specialist to translate complex networking issues into clear guidance for customers and internal teams in Dallas, TX.

You will own the end-to-end trouble ticket lifecycle, help configure CPE devices such as 5G FWA, RG, Wi‑Fi routers, extenders and mesh systems, and use Wireshark for diagnostics.

Collaborate with engineering and sales to feed product evolution with customer feedback and contribute to test planning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• At least 10 years of relevant experience in technical support or network engineering.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Translate complex technical information into clear, actionable guidance for customers and internal teams.
• Verbal and written communication with customers and engineering teams to resolve issues.
• Own end-to-end trouble ticket lifecycle from creation to escalation when needed.
• Support setup, configuration, and maintenance of CPEs such as 5G FWA, RG, Wi‑Fi routers, extenders, and mesh systems.
• Utilize network analysis tools (e.g., Wireshark) to diagnose and resolve faults; develop test plans for CPE.
