Job summary

WNC Corp. is seeking an IT/ cybersecurity professional to manage endpoints across the Texas manufacturing site. The role requires 2–5 years in IT support, strong Windows/M365/AD skills, and hands-on endpoint security experience.

You will implement security controls and coordinate with global IT teams to protect corporate assets. Based at our Texas location, the position offers collaboration with HQ and regional teams, plus opportunities to enhance cross-disciplinary cybersecurity and IT

Qualifications

  • 2-5 years of experience in IT support, system administration, endpoint management, or cybersecurity operations.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Windows, Microsoft 365, Active Directory / Entra ID, endpoint management, and desktop troubleshooting.
  • Familiarity with endpoint security technologies such as EDR, antivirus, encryption, vulnerability management, and patch management.
  • Experience with IT service management and ticketing systems is preferred.
  • Good troubleshooting, communication, and customer-service skills.
  • Good English communication skills and ability to coordinate with headquarters and regional/global IT teams

Responsibilities
