Job summary

TeleWorld Solutions Inc. seeks a Super Tech/Sr. Field Engineer to lead complex site builds, turn-ups, and restorations in the field. You will diagnose RF/IP/power issues, mentor regional teams, and serve as the customer-facing technical SME to ensure every job closes to spec on schedule.

You will collaborate with RF engineers, perform field tests, and drive safety and quality standards across deployments of 4G/5G technology, with a Veteran-Friendly team and great benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering; 10+ years telecom field installation/maintenance or 15 years with lesser degree.
• Hands-on Linux in daily work environment.
• Experience in Wireless Network Design & Implementation including LTE-4G/5G, IP, Router/Switching, RF design and performance.
• Excellent communication skills in English for diverse audiences.
• Valid US driver’s license and ability to travel 75%+ of time.

Responsibilities

• Installation, commissioning of Samsung equipment to standards.
• Support on-site field work, installations, testing, and troubleshooting of backhaul and transmission methods.
• Lead RF field tests and KPI compliance with cross-functional teams.
• Collaborate with RF engineers and remote testers to ensure site readiness.
• Mentor regional teams and provide customer-facing SME support.
• Prepare reports, manage task assignments, and communicate progress to stakeholders.
