Job summary

TeleWorld Solutions is seeking an experienced RF Engineer II to lead advanced RF design and optimization for nationwide LTE and 5G deployments. You will guide junior engineers and collaborate across RAN teams to ensure peak network performance.

The role focuses on capacity planning, spectrum utilization, and cutting-edge technologies such as Massive MIMO and beamforming to deliver reliable wireless networks across the country.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, or related field.
• 3–5 years of RF engineering experience.
• Experience with LTE and 5G NR performance engineering.
• Proficiency with RF planning tools and drive test analysis tools.

Responsibilities

• RF design, capacity planning, and performance optimization for wireless networks.
• Conduct advanced propagation modeling and interference analysis.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve coverage and throughput.
• Lead troubleshooting and root cause analysis of network performance issues.
• Evaluate technologies such as Massive MIMO, beamforming, and advanced antenna systems.
• Collaborate with RAN engineering, transport, and field deployment teams.
• Provide technical mentorship and guidance to junior RF engineers.
• Support spectrum planning and advanced network performance analysis.
