Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of RF engineering experience.
• Strong experience with RF design, propagation modeling, and network optimization.

Responsibilities

• RF design, capacity planning, and performance optimization for wireless networks.
• Propagation modeling and interference analysis.
• Develop strategies to improve coverage, throughput, and network reliability.
• Lead troubleshooting and root cause analysis of network performance issues.
• Evaluate technologies like Massive MIMO, beamforming, and advanced antenna systems.
• Collaborate with RAN, transport, and field deployment teams.
• Mentor junior RF engineers and support spectrum planning.

TeleWorld Solutions is seeking a highly skilled RF Engineer II to lead advanced RF design and optimization initiatives across complex wireless network deployments. In this role, you will serve as a technical leader responsible for ensuring optimal network performance, capacity planning, and spectrum utilization.

You will work on high-impact projects supporting nationwide LTE and 5G network expansion, while providing technical guidance to junior engineers.
