Job summary

AT&T in Atlanta, GA is seeking a Senior Wireless Design & Consulting Engineer to lead enterprise WLAN architecture, RF engineering, and customer advisory services. Qualifications

• 3+ years of wireless engineering, RF design, or enterprise network architecture.
• Demonstrated expertise in RF engineering and wireless design across major vendors.
• Experience leading wireless design and implementation projects.
• Experience developing BOMs and customer design deliverables.
• Strong customer-facing consulting and presentation skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to independently lead technical initiatives and customer engagements.
• Ability to mentor engineers and serve as escalation resource.

Responsibilities

• Lead wireless consulting and customer advisory services across enterprise environments.
• Conduct RF site surveys, coverage, capacity, and spectrum analysis.
• Develop enterprise WLAN designs and BOMs for multiple verticals.
• Provide technical leadership during pre-sales and delivery engagements.
• Oversee implementation readiness and validation plans.
• Review and approve engineering designs and deployment plans.
• Mentor engineers and drive engineering standards.
