Job summary

Eagle Harbor Solutions, LLC, a Koniag Government Services company, seeks a Windows Administrator with an active interim Secret clearance (Active Secret or Top-Secret preferred) to support EHS and a government customer in Washington, DC.

You will manage and maintain VMware environments (ESXi, vCenter), perform patching, AD administration, GPO updates, and server upgrades/migrations across three remote sites.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of Systems Engineering/Administration with a BS in Science or 4+ years with a MS
• Onsite work four days a week
• Experience with VMware tools (vSphere/ESXi) and full VM lifecycle management
• Experience with Dell VNXE SAN, Veeam backups and storage management
• Experience in AD/Domain Services, MFA, SEP, WSUS, SCCM
• Experience with AWS and cloud integrations
• Knowledge of network fundamentals (DNS, DHCP, HTTP/HTTPS, LDAP) and scripting (PowerShell/PowerCLI)

Responsibilities

• Build, upgrade, and maintain VMware environments (ESXi, vCenter) including clusters and vMotion
• Configure and deploy Microsoft SQL Server 2019
• Operate and maintain Windows Server 2016 across three remote sites
• Install and administer Dell EMC storage with focus on VNXE and Veeam
• Provide VMware vSphere 6.x/7.x support and troubleshooting
• Manage Domain Controllers, AD, DNS, DHCP and GPO updates
• Patch and upgrade server hardware/software; maintain security posture
• Support cloud services via AWS; monitor performance and backups
• Document processes and participate in team reviews
• Coordinate with vendors for service and ticketing
• Daily standups and weekly status reporting
