Qualifications

• Mid-level requires 3+ years in related work with BA/BS in a relevant field.
• Senior requires 10+ years in related work with MA/MS in a relevant field.
• VMware Administration, Windows Administration, and ACAS are required.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain LANs, data networks, OS, and physical/virtual servers.
• Monitor systems, verify hardware/resource availability, and backups.
• Review logs and scheduled jobs; manage user access and licenses.
• Troubleshoot tier 2-3 tickets for customers; assist in virtualization planning and coordination.
