General Dynamics Information Technology (GDIT) seeks a seasoned Windows Systems Administrator to install, configure, and support Windows OS across physical and virtual servers, ensuring security, patches, and peak performance. The role requires expertise in MSSQL, ADCS, VM clusters, and PowerShell scripting, with a focus on secure, compliant operations.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of related experience.
• Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, Engineering, or other IT-related discipline, or equivalent.
• Experience with Windows systems engineering and administration including MSSQL, ADCS, VM clusters, Hyper-V, DPM, and PowerShell.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, support and deploy Windows operating systems.
• Ensure security and performance of Windows environments.
• Manage virus updates, patches and performance tuning on physical and virtual servers.
• Demonstrate experience with A&A processes for security-controlled systems.
• Handle certificate management and data protection tasks.
