Job summary

Bering-Alaka`ina Holdings, LLC is seeking a Senior Windows Systems Administrator to support Navy network operations in Hawaiʻi. The role demands leadership in secure system administration, RMF implementation, and DoD cybersecurity policy adherence.

You will manage Windows Server environments, Active Directory, GPOs, patching, and automation using PowerShell, SCCM, and virtualization platforms. A Top Secret clearance and U.S. Citizenship are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in IT or related field with 7+ years of System Administration/IT experience (or HS diploma/GED with 8 years).
• DOD 8570/8140 IAT II certification and OS-specific certs.
• OS certifications: Windows, Azure Administrator Associate (AZ-104); Windows Server Hybrid Administrator Associate (AZ-800/801).

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain Windows Server environments in classified and unclassified Navy networks.
• Manage Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and GPOs across domains/enclaves.
• Implement RMF security controls and DISA STIGs/compliance.
• Apply patches per DoD/Navy policies.
• Manage automation and imaging (SCCM, VMware, Nutanix).
• Develop PowerShell scripts for automation.
• Support virtualization platforms (VMware, Hyper-V).
• Collaborate with cybersecurity teams for ATO/POA&M/audit readiness.
