Job summary

Bering-Alaka`ina Holdings, LLC is seeking a Senior Windows Systems Administrator Range Network to support our government customer in Kekaha, Hawai'i. The role requires leadership of enterprise Windows infrastructure, RMF/NIST compliance, and experience with patching, imaging, and security controls across classified and unclassified networks.

You will mentor staff and collaborate with cybersecurity teams to maintain audit readiness. Applicants must be U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT or relevant field plus 7+ years of sysadmin/IT experience, or HS diploma with 8+ years of experience.
• DoD 8570/8140 IAT II certification required.
• One of Windows OS certifications: Windows, Azure Administrator Associate, or Windows Server Hybrid Administrator Associate.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain Windows Server environments in classified and unclassified Navy networks.
• Manage Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and GPOs across multiple domains.
• Implement RMF security controls and ensure compliance with DISA STIGs and DoD policies.
• Apply patches and updates per DoD/Navy policies.
• Develop PowerShell scripts to automate tasks and configurations.
• Support virtualization platforms (VMware, Hyper-V) and lifecycle management.
