Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, finance, accounting, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• 4+ years of Windows Server experience with emphasis on Active Directory.
• Experience with LAN/WAN configurations, Cisco routers/switches, firewalls, and wireless tech.
• SOX change management procedures must be followed and documented.
• Strong troubleshooting skills in hardware and software environments.
• Virtualization experience with VMware and Hyper-V.
• Outlook/Exchange messaging experience; basic Windows scripting preferred.
• Ability to read complex technical information and document procedures.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain software, hardware, and networks.
• Monitor performance and troubleshoot issues across IT infrastructure.
• Ensure security and efficiency of IT systems and data.
• Upgrade systems and coordinate software/service packs with vendors.
• Provide onsite and remote technical support; assist in backups and DR planning.
• Document configurations, procedures, and changes; maintain inventory.
• Communicate with IT Manager and stakeholders; provide emergency on-call support.
• Support CNC manufacturing IT devices and ensure network reliability.
