Job summary

Cumberland Heights in Nashville is seeking a Systems Administrator to own the reliability, security, and continuity of the IT infrastructure across two dozen locations. You will move beyond tickets to proactively identify risks and raise the technical bar across the organization.

Responsibilities include managing Windows Server environments, Microsoft 365, Azure, Entra ID, and endpoint management (Intune/SCCM), patching, incident response, and DR planning, while collaborating with help desk,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, IS, or related field.
• 4+ years in a systems administration or infrastructure engineering role.
• Hands-on experience with Windows Server environments.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365, Azure, and Entra ID.
• Solid networking fundamentals: DNS, DHCP, VPNs, firewalls, and routing.
• Experience with endpoint management platforms (Intune, SCCM, or equivalent).
• Working knowledge of security best practices and compliance frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Own reliability, security, and continuous improvement of IT infrastructure across two dozen locations.
• Proactively identify risks and build resilient systems beyond ticket work.
• Administer Windows Server environments and cloud platforms (Microsoft 365, Azure, Entra ID).
• Manage identity and access controls including Active Directory, group policies, and MFA.
• Oversee endpoint management at scale using Intune and/or SCCM.
• Monitor uptime, performance, and capacity across locations.
