Hyundai AutoEver America seeks a System Administrator III to architect and maintain Windows‑based servers and MECM/MECM environments in our Montgomery, AL facility. Qualifications

• 7+ years of hands-on experience as a primary administrator supporting Windows Server, VMware, and Microsoft Exchange environments.
• Strong expertise in Windows infrastructure administration, including system monitoring, troubleshooting, and lifecycle support.
• Experience with PC imaging and user account provisioning using MECM.
• Proven analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to assess issues and implement effective technical solutions.
• Strong organizational and project execution skills with the ability to plan, prioritize, coordinate work, and deliver projects on time.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills with internal and external customers.

Responsibilities

• Provide Technical Leadership and Architecture Direction for Windows servers and related infrastructure.
• Administer and Support Enterprise Windows Environments including Exchange, monitoring, and patching.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve complex issues with root‑cause analysis.
• Deliver End‑User and Operational Support via ITSM tools and MECM imaging.
• Develop and implement innovative infrastructure solutions balancing cost and performance.
• Lead infrastructure projects with stakeholder coordination and formal meetings.
