Job summary

Lenmar Consulting Inc. seeks a Senior Server Engineer to architect and support a trading environment’s Windows server infrastructure. You will monitor and optimize performance, lead server-related projects, and ensure robust availability across domains, DNS, and storage platforms.

The role requires deep Windows Server and AD experience, VMware/SRM knowledge, and strong collaboration skills to sustain 24x7 on-call coverage and weekend work.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of Windows server experience preferred.
• Expert knowledge of Windows OS and enterprise components.
• Strong Active Directory and clustering/Load balancing skills.
• Experience with VMWare vSphere and SRM; Hyper-V a plus.
• Knowledge of IIS, .NET, F5; Dynatrace a plus.
• Networking fundamentals, SAN storage, and databases (SQL, Oracle, Sybase).
• Excellent communication and project management skills.
• Willing to work weekends and on-call 24x7.

Responsibilities

• Architect and provide expert level support and strategy for the production Windows server environment.
• Maintain proactive performance monitoring of the environment using specified tools.
• Participate in day-to-day support, administration and projects related to Windows infrastructure.
• Collaborate on capacity planning, storage, and database integration.
• Be part of a weekend and on-call rotation 24x7.
