Job summary

Epic's campus in Madison, WI requires relocation to the area. This Windows Server Engineering role designs, deploys, and operates application delivery platforms supporting Epic staff, customers, and global training programs.

You will join the Application Delivery workgroup and help build secure, scalable Windows-based infrastructure powering training environments, hosted client systems, and testing platforms worldwide.

Qualifications

• Experience deploying and supporting Windows Server-based application infrastructure.
• Experience with web application hosting (IIS) and remote application platforms (Citrix).
• Proficiency with scripting and automation; PowerShell is a plus.
• Exposure to CI/CD deployment processes.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and excellent customer service.
• Eligibility to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.
• COVID-19 vaccination is required.

Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and operate application delivery platforms for Epic staff, customers, and global training programs.
• Build and maintain secure, scalable Windows-based infrastructure powering training environments, hosted client systems, and testing platforms.
• Blend hands-on engineering with automation and security hardening.
• Collaborate across teams to support growing, complex services.
