CrowdStrike, a leader in cybersecurity, is seeking a Senior Engineer II for the Core Windows team. You will own kernel-mode and lower-level system software for the Falcon sensor on Windows, working closely with macOS and Linux teams to deliver cross-platform components.

You’ll design, implement, and optimize memory management and OS integration, maintaining high reliability, performance, and a strong engineering bar across protected Windows endpoints.

Qualificações

• In-depth knowledge of C/C++ and Windows kernel and driver development.
• Strong low-level Windows OS internals: processes, memory mgmt, I/O subsystem.
• Experience debugging memory corruption, deadlocks and performance issues.

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, and own kernel-mode and lower level system software components of the Windows sensor.
• Partner on sensor architecture and technical strategy for EDR capabilities.
• Build cross-platform deliverables with Linux and macOS engineers.
• Drive design reviews and perform substantive code reviews.
• Diagnose and resolve production issues including crashes and performance regressions.
• Improve test infrastructure and tooling for kernel-mode code reliability.
• Mentor engineers and collaborate with multi-functional teams across locations.
