Job summary

CrowdStrike is seeking a Software Engineer to own components of the Windows kernel-mode sensor and help deliver cross-platform features (Windows, Mac, Linux). You will work on architecture, design, and implementation with a distributed team.

We value strong low-level OS knowledge, C++, and experience debugging memory issues, along with a track record of delivering features in collaboration with cross-functional teams. This hybrid role requires 2–3 days on-site.

Qualifications

• Low-level OS internals in Windows, Mac OS, or Linux.
• C++ proficiency and Windows kernel development experience.
• Memory corruption debugging and process contention troubleshooting.
• Experience shipping major features with cross-functional teams.
• Experience leveraging AI technologies to improve workflows.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Windows kernel-mode sensor development team on architecture and strategy.
• Develop new product concepts for cross-platform delivery (Windows, Mac, Linux).
• Own features from design to delivery, including sprint demos.
• Collaborate with multi-functional teams across locations.
• Support design-to-delivery of core features across OS subsystems.
