Job summary

American Management Group, LLC (AMG) seeks a Senior Microsoft Windows Field Deployment Technician to support the VA EHR deployment, imaging, and setup of PCs, laptops, docking stations, monitors, printers, scanners, and network connections across VA campuses and offsite training centers.

This role requires 5 years of imaging/install experience, strong customer service, ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and travel to multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ experience imaging, installing computer equipment and leading technical teams.
• Ability to unpack/pack and move equipment up to 50 pounds without restrictions.
• Must have reliable personal transportation for work hours.
• Willing to travel to VA sites and offsite training centers.
• Experience with hardware/software support, imaging, and customer service.
• Experience with system administration tasks and maintaining logs.

Responsibilities

• Image, install, and configure computers and related equipment.
• Manage inventory and ensure network connectivity at training sites.
• Lead field deployment teams with a focus on customer service.
• Document system administration tasks in logs.
• Travel to VA sites and offsite locations as needed.
