Qualifications

• 3+ years in Windows desktop application development.
• Deep understanding of Windows application architecture.
• Proven track record of shipping production-quality applications.
• Strong experience with accessibility APIs.
• Excellent software engineering fundamentals.
• Experience leading design and mentoring other engineers.
• Strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, architecture, and development of Windows applications.
• Define best practices for Windows desktop development.
• Drive accessibility efforts and validate support for accessibility APIs.
• Collaborate with design and QA teams for feature planning.
• Take ownership of full lifecycle of features.
• Identify, diagnose, and resolve bugs and performance issues.
