This role requires at least 3 years of experience with the Windows App SDK, C#, and a strong understanding of application architecture. The ideal candidate will drive accessibility efforts and collaborate closely with product designers. Offering a salary range of $140,000 to $200,000/year, along with bonuses and stocks, this position provides significant flexibility and autonomy in a fully remote environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Windows desktop application development using Windows App SDK, WinUI, and C#.
• Deep understanding of Windows application architecture, including interop between managed and native code.
• Proven track record of designing, building, and shipping production-quality desktop applications.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of native Windows desktop applications using modern frameworks.
• Define best practices for Windows desktop development across the codebase.
• Collaborate with product designers to shape feature planning and UI/UX architecture.
